By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
You may not use our products, website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the website.
Any breach of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of access to our services.

3. PRODUCTS
Fratelli Arena makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, compositions and other information displayed on the website are as accurate as possible.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device, screen settings, lighting conditions and production characteristics.
As many Fratelli Arena garments are produced using traditional manufacturing and tailoring processes, minor variations between individual pieces may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify collections or limit available quantities at any time.
Nothing in this section limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed before the order is completed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. ORDERS
After placing an order, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation containing the relevant order information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing or product information, stock errors, or orders placed for unauthorized resale or commercial purposes.
If an order that has already been paid is cancelled by Fratelli Arena, the customer will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times displayed on our website or communicated by the courier are estimates unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed.
Shipping times may be affected by customs procedures, courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory delivery rights available to consumers under applicable law.

7. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Unless expressly indicated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing any information or documentation required by customs authorities or the courier to complete customs clearance.
If a shipment is refused, left uncollected or returned to Fratelli Arena because the customer refuses or fails to pay applicable customs duties or import charges, any costs legitimately incurred as a result of the return may be deducted from the amount refundable to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law and as further described in our Shipping Policy.

8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within the period provided by applicable law.
For consumers located in the European Union, this generally includes the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
The customer must inform Fratelli Arena of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Fratelli Arena, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Products must only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Certain products, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.

9. REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Where legally permitted, Fratelli Arena may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method.
Any deductions relating to diminished value, return costs, customs charges or other applicable costs will only be made where permitted by applicable law and where the customer has been appropriately informed.

10. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the purchase contract, customers may be entitled to the remedies provided under applicable consumer protection law.
For consumers in the European Union, products are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee of conformity.
Claims relating to defective or non-conforming products should be sent to info@fratelliarena.com, including the order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that allows us to assess the issue.
